ADS is a proven technology that greatly enhances our ability to provide you with the service that you have come to expect from COTG. This system will rapidly expedite your service and supply requests.

To order supplies:After dialing the service number, Press 1* and you will be transferred to a Supply Representative.
To speak with a Customer Service Representative:After dialing the service number, Press 3* and you will be transferred to a Customer Service Representative.
To place a service request through ADS:Dial the service number: 630.771.8200.
Press 2* on your touch tone phone.
Follow the four voice prompts to place your service request.
After entering your service request, and pressing the # key, press 1* and then dial your area code and fax number. Your confirmation will be sent to you after the call is placed.
To report monthly meter readings:After dialing the service number, press 4* and follow the voice prompts.
To leave comments:After dialing the service number, press 5* and leave your message.
To answer a questionnaire:After dialing the service number, press 6* and follow the voice prompts.
